GROWING AND CULTIVATION RACKS

TestingLab has developed a complete rack (kit easy to assemble by the customer), with the aim of lowering installation costs. A simple, easily installable, and controllable solution for in vitro or in vivo plant cultivation. The standard format can be configured with any existing profile or light plates. However, we manufacture addaptable racks whatever your needs are:

DIFFERENT MATERIALS

Anodised aluminium. Stainless steel, or epoxy coated steel.

LIGHTING

With LED illumination according to user requirements. Normally White and Far Red. 16 shelves (8 per unit) controlled in parallel by a single light controller.

OPTIONAL PROTOCOLS

The light controller allows full control of light intensity, modulation and timing (optional protocols are also available).

VERSATILITY

Height adjustable shelves with a 25mm step. For taller plants, the individual shelves can be easily removed from the system.

TYPICAL GROW RACK KIT CONFIGURATION

  • Metal structure in stainless steel, anodised aluminium or epoxy coated.
  • Dimensions: 1600 L x 600 D x 1800 H mm.
  • Height adjustable every 25 mm.
  • 3 / 4 or 5 illuminated levels, height adjustable.shelves reinforced with stainless steel or PVC sheets or epoxy coated sheet metal.
  • Daylight luminaires – 4000 K (optional: 2700, 3000, 3800, 5000, 6000 and 7000 K).
  • Full or partial illumination per level: optional 40 to 500 μmol/m²/s (15cm from the lights) – dimmable from 0% to 100%.
  • Power supply per level with plug and 2m connection cable.
