GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Designed for small animals breeding, it is used in various fields of application for disease studies, pest control and genetic studies.
Indoor ventilation is by horizontal air circulation with the possibility to control the recirculation air speed from 0.1 to 0.8 m3/min from the control display.
Temperature range from +10ºC to +50ºC, with lights on/off. There is the possibility to extend the range to +4ºC, 0ºC, -10ºC, -20ºC or -30ºC optionally. The stability in the chamber +/-0.3ºC (at +27ºC) or +/- 0.5ºC (at +40ºC).
The standard relative humidity range will be 30 to 90% RH with the lights off and 40% to 80% with the lights on, with a stability of +/- 3% RH. There is an option to extend the range as an option.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE LIGHTS

Warm white (2700 K) LED lighting as standard, as a base, with a luminous intensity capability of up to 6000 LUX (100 μmol/mÇ/s measured at 150 mm). With PHOTOPERIOD, DAY/NIGHT control to obtain the circadian cycle.
Low flickering light system (flickering free), avoiding distortions in the individuals and avoiding any stroboscopic effect that produces stress on the specimens. All modules have a closed enclosure to facilitate cleaning.
All systems are flexible in terms of the position of the lights according to the type of application. There are different possibilities: In door, on the sides, in door and sides, in both top and individual shelves.

In the shelf light configuration, there is the possibility of different colour spectrums per shelf.

The 4500 series intelligent controller includes:
7’ colour touch screen.
Temperature, humidity and light cycle programming.
Built-in data logging with readings every 15 seconds.
Remote connection (MODBUS TCP/IP and VNC).

CO2 Control: 0-2000 ppm range with automatic solenoid valves. Allows pre-selection of concentrations and indoor air renewal.
Resistant evaporator: Manufactured with phenolic coating or optional stainless steel for acidic environments.
Biodecontamination with H2O2: Hydrogen peroxide atomiser system for decontamination.
Internal Glass Door: Allows viewing without altering internal conditions or escape of specimens.
